Cruise Apartment

Kelsi opened the door. She thought it was Drew, but it wasn't, instead it was Libby. "YO LIBBY! THIS IS LIKE... the first time you've come to my house!" Kelsi was really happy about this.

"KELSI!" Libby squeezed Kelsi tightly. "I have great news! I'm sorry I haven't visited you sooner, but I've been really busy with work... guess what!"

"Let me guess, you got married?" she said sarcastically.

"Not yet, but I'm going to!" she squealed, holding out her hand and showing off the ginormous shiny engagement ring that Max had given her. "Max proposed!"

"OH MY GOD!" Kelsi screamed and jumped up and down hugging Libby. It looked like they were doing it in the air. "THAT'S AMAZING!"

"I KNOW!" Libby screeched, hugging Kelsi. She was glad that her friend was happy, and not bizarrely jealous or anything.

Just then, Drew popped in. Literally. He just Apparated inside; Kelsi had asked him to come. He opened his mouth to say hello, when he noticed the rock on Libby's hand and interrupted the hug, taking her hand and holding it up to his face. "Hot damn, Libby, that's one bigass ring!"

"Drew?! Where the heck did you come from?" she looked terrified and confused. But that quickly melted away into a sly smile. "Ahhh, hanging out with Kelsi, right?"

"That's not important. Max proposed, didn't he?" Once Libby nodded, he swept her up into a big bear hug. "Oh my God, Lib, I'll finally have a brother!"

"In law," she added, releasing him from the hug. "I've got to tell everyone else now. Holly, Rachel... my coworkers... Jenna... all that!" She grinned, and waved good-bye, Disapparating out of the house. Drew just stood there, kind of awkward now that Libby wasn't there.

Kelsi laughed, then turned to Drew. "You came! I was scared I sounded too demanding. That's amazing, you know, for Libby." She said happily. "So, you're finally in my apartment." she said with a grin.

"Do... you want anything to drink?" Kelsi asked awkwardly.

"Oh, no, I'm fine," Drew replied, feeling the tension in the air. It was quite obvious. "Uh, do you want to go on a walk, or something?"

She nodded. "S-sure! Umm..." she thought of something to say. "Guess what?" she then decided to tell him that her best friend got married- wait, no, that's his sister. And she just told them. "... Never mind."

"How's your teaching going?" he asked, as he held the door open for them to walk outside.

"I've decided to take a year's break off... I'm too young. Let's just leave it to that." Kelsi said, sighing.

"Really? What happened?"

"They try to hit on me and diss me and all that stuff. Hopefully when I come back I'll be able to scare them."

"You will, I'll bet. Just bring a meter-stick to Hogwarts and slam it on the desks of poor unsuspecting students."

"That should work." she said nodding sharply. "But, it's also because I was a year older than them. Maybe one more year and I'll be able to get the job again."

"I believe in you!" Drew grinned at her. "Do a lot more with your life than I am... I work a desk at Gringotts. Which, admittedly, isn't necessarily bad, but..."

"That must be the most boring job ever. Does your butt get sore after a while?"

"Well, I do have to get up and ride to peoples' vaults sometimes."

"What's that like?"

"It's pretty fun. It's like a rollercoaster!"

"One day I'll have to come with you, okay?!"

"Alright, it's a date."

Kelsi grinned. "You know, you've changed a ton from Hogwarts."

"You have, too!" he smiled at her. "I swear you grew a few inches."
