"Awh... We can't even go out and buy fake one's?"

"Go for it. It's getting sort of late, though."

"Awh. Your right. Okay..." Amanda piked up and ornament shaped like an generic snow flake, "Wow...this is really pretty."

"Glittery. Yeah. And it sheds... if that's the word for it... inanimate and all..." Olivia took out one of those nets interwoven with christmas lights that lazy people use when they don't want to actually wind the strings around their trees and whatnot.

"... It sheds?" Amanda said as she grasped a sparkling tinsel. "After you hang the lights I'll hang this."

"Right." She unfolded the net and threw it over the tree, balancing it around the edges where necessary. Then she began the search for an electrical socket.

Amanda stood up, armed with the tinsel, She began to toss it around the tree, she was in her glory as all of the tisnel began to form a nice, semi-pattern of a draped style. Amanda stepped back, admiring her work.

"Ground control to Major Rosensteel..." Olivia was stacking cases of colored balls and separating the collection of snowflakes from the other various trinkets.

Serenity came out of the dining room. "Hey, guys! What's up? Amanda, Happy Christmas!"

Amanda looked up from the box of decorations. "Happy CHrsitmas, Serenity!"

"Care to join us?"

Amanda ran around with the tinsel again, this time wrapped part of it on Olivia and Serenity's arms my accident.

Serenity laughed at the tinsel. "Alright, sure. Sorry, Amanda, I didn't get you a present, I didn't think I'd see you.." She started to help.

Olivia leaned against the side of the couch. "Tired. Can't we just like, buh-zap them up there or something?

"That takes all the fun out of it, Liv." Serenity said. "It's Christmas."

"Yes, and we're going to have fifty million more... however many years we live, wizards live pretty long, right? Or something... Wasn't Dumbledore, like, 200?" Olivia rambled, trying to reattach a hook to a clear glass ball.

Amanda shrugged and smiled at Serenity, "It's fine. I didn't think I'd see you either. And Olivia!" Amanda said, frowning, "We may have a large quanity of Christmas's, but how many of them will end up good? It's quality, not quanity that's important."

This aesop was greeted by a blank stare.

"... God. I've been spending too much time with Wallace."

"What's that have to do with it; he's dumber than you."

"He's all poetical."

Olivia yawned.

And due to yawning being contagious, so did Amanda.

"A-HA! Just as planned!"
