NEW YORK BROADWAY.

Antonio had a long, very long list of agents he wanted to show to. And so, he was taking taxis after taxis, going to many doorsteps, just knocking and they'd answer, and he'd be like, "Hey, I need an agent, I want to be a broadway singer- here's me hitting a note..." And he'd do a note. Most of the times, he'd get the door closed on his face, and he'd take the taxi to the next agent.

Back at the the Majestic Theatre in NYC, a very young looking girl, who looked like she had just gotten out of college, was waiting around nervously for her audition...

Antonio finally arrived at this theater, his feet dragging, him exhausted. Hopefully somebody will be able to help him. He got a bunch of money he had stashed up since the beginning of Hogwarts. It'll suffice him for quite a long time, but despite that, he needed this money, he wasn't going to use it to stay some place. And so, he entered it, looking for some agent hopefully. So he used a few dollars to buy a ticket and find a seat in the crowd to watch the show.

The same girl came out, cheering joyfully, with her eyes sparkling slightly with tears. With a huge grin on the face, she walked up to Antonio. "I'm so happy I think I'll hug a complete stranger!" And she threw her arms around Antonio, in a bear hug.

He was completely shocked, and stood up trying to avoid her. "Whoah, who are you? And, why are you so happy?"

"I got my big break!" she yelled, maybe a bit to loudly for Antonio's ears. "I'm Christine in this play!"

Antonio frowned. "Really? A-are these tryouts?! Do you think I could try out?! I've just found my muse, I really want to try out Broadway, I have no experience though, but I guess I can sing..."

"Why not?!" she said, with that still ecstatic grin. "They're having auditions for the Phantom himself tomorrow!" And she ran out of the theater, to go find a taxi.

Antonio felt a grin grow on his face. This day must have had a meaning after all! And so, he got up, walking out with a slight beat in his feet, getting a taxi himself and heading to the motel room he rented.

The people who did all the audition work, were sitting in front of that huge, beautiful stage of the theater, waiting for the next guy to come try out for the Phantom.

And so, Antonio came out, completely nervous. Of course, he felt pretty confident either way. He had a proud look to him, and he looked at the people before him. He cleared his throat, and began to speak. "Umm, so... I'm here to audition for the Phantom..." he said awkwardly, and nodded shortly.

He had watched the movie many times the night before, but still didn't know any of each song by heart.

"Obviously." said the director, nodding. "What song will you be singing for us, today?"

Antonio blinked. He didn't really know the names of the songs. "Umm, the one where she goes high... umm, yeah." he laughed.

The director sighed, and shook his. "You're quite the amaetur, aren't you?" But he called in the actress playing Christine anyway. "HELEN!" he shouted.

A few minutes later, that girl from a couple days ago came running in. "Yes? I was being fitted..."

"We need your help with this audition..." And the director pulled her aside, and began muttering directions.

Helen looked up at Antonio, smiled and winked at him, and a minute later, she was beside him. "Okay, I'll sing a part of the song first, and you follow up!" And she began to sing. Helen's voice was clear and bright, and very high pitched-a soprano.

Antonio stood awkwardly, but then decided to try to sing along. He knew most of the words, after all, after seeing it so many times last night. His voice, had a strong ring to it. It was clear and full, and vibrated as he held the notes. It almost had that Opera twist to it.

By the time they were both finished, the director was staring at them, smiling contentedly. "Perfect." her muttered quietly, writing some notes on his clipboard.

Antonio felt that he nailed that part. "So... did I get it?" he asked.

Helen giggled, and leaned over to whisper in his ear. "I think so." she then stuck out her hand, grabbed his head, and began to shake it firmly. "I'm Helen Clarke! It'll be nice to work with you!"

"Oh.. hi, Helen! So, you're playing Christine, right? I saw you yesterday!"

"Yeah, I saw you yesterday, too! ...I was the one who hugged you."

Antonio nodded. "Yeah... I just found out that I loved to sing yesterday. So I came here to New York."

"...You did this all in the matter of two days?" There was a tiny hint of jealously in her eyes. "I've been working on this for YEARS! God must really be on your side."

Antonio frowned. "Yeah, I guess.." He avoided her look. If anything, God should be against him.
