The Yule Ball

Yes, it was in the Great Hall. No, I don't care.

And so they arrived. Kelsi stayed a bit behind to remove her long white coat and give it to one of the butcher people whatever. And then she entered...

Kelsi entered the Great Hall in, just as she had imagined, layers of purple over silver and white. She was dressed in the beautiful long flowing dress that waved around her like robes. They were Dress Robes, after all. Her hair was in perfect curls that hung over her shoulders and her long bangs were sweaped back. She wore eyeliner that flicked at the outer corner of her eye, and her eyelashes were thick and long with masquera. You could slightly tell that her skin seemed clearer and smoother, and there was a rosy tint to her cheeks and lips. A dark purple rose hung loosely on her wrist, her hair, and on her chest. She wore long dangling silver earings, and there was a thin layer of light purple eyeshadow on her lids.

Libby entered with Kelsi. Besides brushing it, her hair had been partially tied back with a ribbon, and she waited around for Max.

Amanda walked in with Tanner. Her smile was now cheesy and huge..

(Shouldn't we wait for the others? ._.)

Kelsi was grinning widely, and breathed in the cinnamon-Christmassy smell.
"It's beautiful, don't you think..." Kelsi gasped as she glanced around.
"Wow. Dude, where's Max?"

[[We stall. STALL. ALOT. STAAAAAAALL.]]
Tanner was standing big and proud. and yeah.

(Snail speed of just standing there? ^-^?)

Enter Max. He worked towards the entrance of the Yule Ball place thing quickly. He wore rather plain black robes, not that different from the regular school robes. He looked around for Libby, but than he quickly found her green and pink hair. He than looked down at her dress, and the first thing that popped into his head was: "What the hell was is wearing?"

Amanda stood next to Tanner feeling faint. The lights, the sound and the colors were so amazing.

Kelsi leaned against the wall and crossed her arms.
"It looks just like Christmas. Only there's a dance floor, and music, and everybody's dancing. We came a little late. Anyways, there's your date. Hi, Max. You two go have fun, now!" Kelsi grinned widely and looked around. It was beautiful. And dressy.

The Champions' dance was going on already.

Serenity pulled Angel into the Yule Ball. "Come on, we're late!" She whispered, grabbing onto his arm and looking frightened.

He secretly quite liked that she was clinging to his arm, but he didn't show it, aside from his radiant smile, which had been glued onto his face since they'd left the Fat Lady painting.

In a rush, Rachel had finally arrived. She had been late getting ready, but hey, being a few minutes late wasn't as bad than LOOKING terrible.

With the help of Serenity, Rachel had finally managed to pile her red hair in a cute bun, with a little silver tiara/headband thing. She had on her light green and necklace, but a little before hand, she had add some pearl designs onto the skirt.

With more credit to Serenity, Rachel had done her makeup all nice. With her pink colored blush, pink lipgloss, brown eyeliner and mascara, (She wasn't that into the the whole classic smoky thing Serenity did.) Rachel finally felt pretty enough to go to the Yule Ball.

"Tanner, after this song of those champions... Would you like to dance?" Amanda had a major blush. Her entire face under her eyes under went read, her eyes had closed tight and she even had some pale lines showing through the heavy blushing. She slowly breathed waiting for the answer hoping she hadn't moved to fast.

Libby peace sign'd at Max, and made the face. Of course, he'd probably hate her after this, but... whatever.

Nicolas arrived, in his plain black robes, and quickly found Rachel. He smiled, and told her that she looked lovely.

Serenity, eyes huge, taking on the technicolor mass of dancing students, swallowed deeply and walked down the stairs, the only sound she was making a slight squeaking in the back of her throat. She cleared her throat, turning towards Angel and curtseying at the bottom of the stairs. "After they're finished, Would you like to dance?" She asked politely, standing up and smiling, blonde bangs brushing against her eyes annoyingly. She ignored it, although it was blocking her view of the ceiling, but that was OK, nobody she knew was on the ceiling.

"Err..." Max looked around awkwardly, and tried to smile a bit. "We better go in now," Sure, his girlfriend/date was wearing a whacky dress, but at least she was... unique.

"Thanks! Common, lets go now!" said Rachel excitedly, and she took him by the arm and pulled him inside the Great Hall.

"Of course." He seemed to be counting heads.

Serenity rolled her eyes, quite irritated, and grabbed his arm and spinning him around and onto the floor, where people were starting to come out and dance along with the champions. "Come on, dance, silly." She said with a grin, dress shuffling.

And so, he started leading.
