South Part of the Black Lake

Rachel had somehow managed to go from the Great Hall, to the South Park of the Black Lake in a short period of time. Which was rather weird, but still, that isn't the main point of this post.

Rachel threw down her bag, took off her socks and shoes, and waded into the lake. She didn't care if she was wearing her clothes or not, she really needed to de-stress out. So, when she had waded into the lake deep enough, began to float on her back, staring up into the blueness of the sky.

In the distance, Rachel had her heard the bell ring, but she had chose to ignore it this time. She was not in the mood to hear adults that offer her no help to her problems drone on about boring subjects. What she really needed right now, was a good swim. So, she dove under the lake, and began to swim around, taking in all of lake-life all around her underwater.

Nicolas stood by the edge of the water. He didn't care about the bell, either, he needed to talk to Rachel.

Rachel, finally left the under water world, and had to come up to get air. After she got a breathful, she was about to die back under, when she noticed Nicolas. "Oh, uh, hi," she said looking embarrassed.

"Why are you in the lake?" he asked her.

"Because, I want to go swimming,"

"Because of Robin?" Nicolas guessed.

"...Yeah, I guess."

"I heard what you two were saying. Some other Hufflepuffs were making fun with what Robin said."

"...I'm sorry she was being such a jerk. And I'M sorry for arguing back with her. I should have just ignored her."

"You shouldn't be sorry she's a jerk - that's her problem, not yours. And I don't blame you for arguing back. Just don't let her get to you. What she said won't come true, no matter how much the Hufflepuff boys may think so now."

"...What were they saying?"

"Robin was telling you that you'd be pregnant before you get out of Hogwarts ends, and since I'm your boyfriend..." he trailed off.

"Oh... lets forget about that." Rachel than splashed a ton of water at Nicolas. "Common! Why don't you get in with me?"

"Because the water is cold."

"Oh, who cares about that?" Rachel than ran out, and ran behind him and pushed him right into the lake. "Deal with it, that's what!" she said cheerfully.

Nicolas fell. He resurfaced, and wiped water out of his eyes. "You could've at least let me get my shoes and socks off. =|"

"Whatever, I don't really care!" She than splashed more water at Nicolas.

He splashed back. He reached underwater, pulled off his socks and shoes, and threw them over to where Rachel's were. His socks ended up sinking to the bottom of the lake instead of making it to land. Oh well.

Rachel than dove back underwater, under where Nicolas was, and grabbed his leg, and pulled it down, as a joke. <3

Nicolas was pulled underwater, to where Rachel was. So they were both underwater together. Alone. Ohemgeez.

And yeah, Rachel came back up from the water. "Man..." she looked up, and it was sunset. "We should go back to the castle now..."

Nicolas, too, came up, his wet bangs plastered to his forehead. He looked at the sunset. "Why don't we sit out here for a few minutes to dry off?" he asked, swimming towards shore. "Besides, the sunset looks nice today."

"Yeah, you're right, for once," teased Rachel as she ran out of the water.
