St. Mungo's

Kelsi frowned. "I'm sorry," she responded. "Really, I am! I would have, but once school started it was really busy, and you just left like that I mean, you didn't even turn around to tell me, 'Hey, I'm getting kicked out.' I mean, you didn't even ask if you could stay at my apartment! I'm sure you could have! I was scared you moved to Australia or something!"

"I was angry! And I didn't want to stay at your apartment, or ask to, right after you did that with Drew. And you'd be at school."

"There'd be Robin and Ally. And that weird guy who tried to rape me. But otherwise, Hell, you shouldn't have even asked! Look, this year, I promise I'll stay in contact with you. Okay? I need to do that with everyone, I'm so bad at it."

"Alriiiight. Hey, let's just drop it. Just send me an owl every now and then while you're at Hogwarts, alright?" Libby smiled softly, glancing at her watch. She went and clocked out, but returned to where Kelsi was. "My shift's over, you want to come over to the apartment and hang out for a while?"

"Sure! And, who's this new boyfriend of yours?" Kelsi asked as she got off the desk and the two started walking to the door. But suddenly, there was Libby's boss coming over to her. "Hey, Ms. Brown, hold on a moment. What's this I hear of you preparing perfect Werewolf solution potions?"

"Uh..." Libby stared at him, her brows knitting in confusion. "Where did you hear that from? I don't believe I've told anyone."

"Oh we got the news from Hogwarts- it was part of a woman's application to be a teacher. It's quite wonderful. Don't you know how dangerous it is making a potion like that? If you put in the wrong ingredients you could do the exact opposite of desired, you know that, right?"

"Of course I knew it would be dangerous, but I had to do it for my friend, see. My dear friend who..." Libby turned her head to look at Kelsi. "... just applied to be a teacher."

And Kelsi was beaming widely right back.

"Ahh. Well, despite this dangerous nonsense you've been up to in your seventh grade, you seemed to have succeeded amazingly well. I never new that you had such amazing successes in potions making. Therefor, I must say, I have no choice but to promote you from this job that simply just isn't enough for you.

Libby was silent, letting it sink in for a moment, before shaking his hand and beaming at him. "Thank you, sir! To what position am I being promoted, might I ask?"

"You'll be promoted to Healer, instantly," he said with a smile. This was pretty good news.

"Wow, isn't that great, Lib?! It's almost too hard to believe!" Kelsi held on tightly to her friend's arm.

"Really?" Libby looked quite shocked, but quickly regained her composition. She WAS at the work place and talking to her boss, after all. "Just, er, give me any instructions I may need tomorrow morning. Thank you, again!"

She took Kelsi's arm in hers and quickly marched out of the hospital. Once outside, she squeezed her as tightly as she could, squealing. "KEEELS! WHY DID YOU DO THAT?"

And so, he gave her the papers needed, and left back to his office.

Kelsi was squeezed so tightly she felt a pressure on her eyeballs as though they were going to pop out. "Whoah- let me go!" She managed to wiggle out of Libby's grasp, and had a huge grin on her face. "I owed you, and it was the perfect opportunity! It really was!"

Libby got Kelsi right back in a hug after she got out of Libby's grasp. "I told you you didn't have to do anything! Dear Lord, Kels, I love you for doing this!"

"I'm so happy I was able to help you!" Kelsi said happily, this time hugging back tightly.
