Garden for the Yule Ball

Somewhere deep inside a nearly flooded cornfield, Stephanie squealed, then texted her friends about her date last night.
[Joke about my location and the weather here. -.-]

Serenity looked absolutely petrified, scared to death, and delighted all at the same time. She hugged him happily, remembering to thank Olivia later.

Somewhere in the concrete humidity dome that is Orlando Florida, in a quaint, large little house, Olivia, sitting in a pile of pillows with a laptop, L-O-L'd, and texted Skyler to accept her damn facebook request.

He stopped and sat up straight again.

"I'm going to have to forgive you for not answering a question in more than two seconds. I'm sorry, really, I was being stupid and, I'm getting tired." Serenity sighed, hugging his arm. "Yeah, this is the best night ever. No, I don't care if someone comes and kills us all. My life is completely complete."

He was looking at the snow-covered ground. "You may leave if you wish, Miss Rosensteel," he mumbled.

"What?! I'd never! Not until you want to!" Serenity blinked quietly. "You seem embarassed. It's not like you just took your pants off in front of the school. Nobody saw you kissing a silly girl with cooties, don't worry."

[Goodnight. Yawn.]

"Cooties indeed."

"Hahaha. Very funny." Serenity rolled her eyes.

He didn't say anything for a few minutes.

[[THEY KISSSSEEEEDDDDD!!! YAY!]]

[*squeeeeee*]

"So.. What are you reading?" Serenity sighed, closing her eyes.

"Through the Looking Glass. I've already read it, though. It was the only one that would fit in the pocket."

Serenity didn't answer. She had fallen asleep, lying back nearly on top of the bushes, eyes closed and breathing light.

He glanced at her, then smiled, and looked forward again. "It's quite an interesting story, though..." he continued.

Serenity's sleeping displayed three things.
Her great intrest in books,
her absolute boredom,
and her tiredness.
Three in one.

He shook her shoulder a bit. "Miss Rosensteel... =|"

Serenity jumped up. "Twohundredeightfiveangeljustkissedmeoliviathankyoulovehimtwokidsflowerscomeindifferentcolors. What?"

"You shouldn't fall asleep out here."

"Why not in my dorm, eh? ;D"

Serenity sighed. "Yup. Falling asleep out here. Goodnight." Serenity put her head down on the remaining bench space, about two inches, and closed her eyes again.

"I don't want you to get sick." He pushed her into sitting up again.

Serenity yawned widely like a cat, putting her feet up and lying her head down on Angel's arm furthest away from her, closing her eyes again and yawning one last time before falling asleep.

He sighed. "Don't make me carry you. I'm weaker than I look, you know."
