Transfiguration

Kelsi entered. She looked around hoping to see a friend of hers, but she couldn't see anybody. "Hmm, maybe they're just late..." She sat down at a desk in the back, and stared at the door, waiting for somebody to come along.

Kelsi settled in a seat, and waited for class to begin.

Clyde walked in a said hello to the teacher. He took a desk very close to the proffesor and began to work on copying with some spells a few papers.

Kelsi did the face at the back of his head, and got her homework out. She was still very scared of him.

Clyde noticed Kelsi looking at him, so when he looked down at his papers he had the face. He was still very into her.

Class started. Professor McGonagall waved her wand once, twice, and then the homework was flown to her.
"Wands out, class, we'll be learning to change a hedgehog into a pincushion. Yes, I know we reviewed this a bit last year, but it's just to refresh your memories. Quickly, wands out! Ms. Patil, pass out one of each to each person. Make sure not to hurt yourself with the pricks."

Kelsi took out her wand and set it on the side of her desk.

Cyde kept giving Kelsi the look.

Kelsi kept trying to completely ignore him. She looked slightly disturbed.

Kelsi got her hedgehog, and sighed. "It's... so cute!" She tried to pick it up but her fingers were getting stabbed by the pines, so she just gingerly pet it.

Clyde stared at her still.

Kelsi puffed out. Picking up her stuff, she went into the back of the class. Then, she proceeded in trying to turn the hedgehog into a pin-cusion.

Kelsi kept waving her wand, each time the hedgehog became closer and closer to a pin cushion.

Clyde walked over to her, helping the students. " Need some help?"

"I can do Transfiguration by myself. It's my best subject. Shouldn't you be doing your work?"

"No-no-no-no-no-no-noooo, student helping is my work!"

"But, you have to do the work too!" Kelsi said frustratingly.

Clyde shook his head. "I'm in seventh year. This is my only free period, so I'm helping out teachers."

"...WHAT?!" Kelsi's eyes widened. "But- I swear you were a sixth year!"

"No? .. . I just have a lazy author who never edits me"

"Well, I don't need help."
