A Tiny Graveyard Empty A Tiny Graveyard

    Post  Rachel M. Sun Oct 03, 2010 12:49 am

The grave was placed on a small, unassuming hill. When Karin was finally laid there to rest, they had recently planted a small tree. Now, three years later, it had grown tall and proud, shading it with it's branches that were reaching towards the sky for light. The grave itself was a rather pretty one; it was obviously one that had a lot of money put into it. It started off as a smooth white color with a little flower carved into it, but three years of rain had faded it away. But Karin's name, birth and death date, and Bible quotation still remained.
    Karin Bianca Monaseem
Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends.
    -Corinthians 13:7-8

Rachel slowly walked up to the grave, knelt down and placed the flowers she had brought along on it, and she finally laid down, staring up at the sky, finding shapes into the large fluffy clouds overhead.
